A note on file sizes: The sizes of these .knb files is largely determined by the resolution of the gear images themselves. For these examples I used very high resolution images (e.g. 2000x800) which were already 'large' files. Using lower-resolution gear images will yeild smaller files -- e.g., compare the two versions of the Avalon, below.
